Member Picture Area Guidelines
• It is ok to post non-nude pictures. However, all pictures are reviewed prior to acceptance for display. Below are the guidelines for acceptable picture uploads. It might sound complicated but it is really not - just use common sense.
Guidelines for Picture Acceptance (notice these are guidelines and all guidelines have exceptions)
• Original images only please.
• Full body with faces preferred .
• Wholesome and healthful exhibit of nude activities.
Guidelines for Picture Non-Acceptance
• Chopped or cropped heads and faces.
• Digitally distorted images.
• Backside views. ( if you don't want to be recognized, don't post your picture )
• Bringing attention to an obvious aroused state.
• Poor quality imagery.
From the Terms of Service
6.2 You agree not to transmit any unlawful, harassing, libelous, privacy invading, sexually explicit and/or racially offensive, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind. You agree not to transmit any pictures that have been edited or distorted.
- Sexually explicit is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256 as:
(i) sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex;
(ii) bestiality;
(iii) masturbation;
(iv) sadistic or masochistic abuse; or
(v) lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of any person.
6.5 You agree not to include in your public profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs, email addresses, offensive anatomical or sexual references or offensive sexually suggestive language. You also agree not to post any photos containing offensive material in any areas on the Site/Service, which are accessible to the public or HippieHollow.com's general membership.
HippieHollow.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject or remove any profile or photo that does not comply with the letter or spirit of the Agreement.
